Elke medewerker heeft een sidekick nodig

In 2023 I worked on a project for Defensie, they wanted their employees to realise they should take in interns since the amount of interns at Defensie was rather low. To convince these employees we made the concept “Iedere mederwerker heeft een sidekick nodig”. Which translates to every employee needs a sidekick. The sidekicks are the interns that give the employees the extra boost they deserve. This way the Defensie employees will realise the value of having an intern and are less easily overwhelmed by the amount of work it takes.
